I create custom portraits of homes, pets, gardens, (or other) – in watercolor, pen & ink, or pencil – the size is usually 9×12, however, I now offer a 4″x4″ style (see example)…but I can create whatever size is desired and work with your budget needs too.
I am happy to come to your home and take photographs or can work from the photos given to me. I always get the final art scanned and offer a cd and prints if the client wants to give them as extra gifts. I will mount the final art on foamcore and protect in a clear sleeve. The price does not include matting or framing, but this can be accommodated if needed.
My price can vary according to size, subject matter detail, and medium used.
A 9″x12″ watercolor of an average sized home could be in the price range of $350 – $500, a pencil or pen & ink – in the range of $150- $350…
Pet portraits are in a similar price structure.
My new small format (petite size at 4″x4″) – in watercolor – could be in the price range of $50 – $100 depending on detail and subject matter…pencil and/or pen & ink could be less.
I will do my best to work with your needs and budget.
