I grew up in a typical Midwestern family in Michigan. Always interested in art, but discouraged from following it as a career, I obtained a degree in accounting from Michigan State University. After spending many years in bondage as an accountant, I finally broke free and returned to school to pursue a degree in fine arts. As a graduate of Herron School of Art and Design in Indianapolis, with a BFA in Ceramics, I continue to pursue my love of everything creative.
