CALL FOR  SUBMISSIONS
"A DAY IN THE LIFE// GLASS + STICKS"

A group photography show focusing on experimental works and visual journalism hosted by Indiana Landmarks Center -Rapp Family Gallery.

THEME & ELIGIBILITY: Works must be original and that complement the general aesthetic of the theme; visual journalism focusing on people, places, or things and experiment works that highlight savvy editing and unique mediums

SPECIFICATIONS: No size limitation, however, some pieces may not be accepted due to space, flow and hazard issues and restrictions. All 2D works must be suitably presented. Wall hanging pieces must have D ring attachments or be properly ready to hang. Hanging works may not exceed 20 lbs. The gallery representative will be responsible for hanging your work and a liability form will need to be released prior to committing to the show.

Maximum number of works is three (3) per participant.

ENTRY PAY:
There is no submission fee.
All confirmed participants will be asked to pay a small compensation to assist with the exhibit expenses.

ENTRY STRUCTURE:
$25.00 for ONE piece or $50.00 for 2-3 pieces.

ENTRY PROCEDURE: Please send digital images with file names that identify the work and/ or sketch concept of works in progress to AMY WARD at amywardstudio@gmail.com
Title, Year, Dimensions (HxWxD), Medium/Materials and Sale Price with each image.
DEADLINE:  Monday, February 19th

SALES: A respectful 10% commission donation is requested for the gallery.

STRIKE DATE/ PICK UP: MONDAY APRIL 30TH 9AM-5PM

LIABILITY: The event coordinator will not insure works while in our possession. All reasonable care will be given to the works while in our custody. You are welcome to insure your works on your own terms while in our possession.
