Transforming Hearts sponsored by Midtown Vineyard is hosting their annual Art Fair .
Date is :October 7th, 2017
Time: 11:00am -5:00 pm

Entry Fee: 25.00 / you must deposit 10.00 with application which is non-refundable. Pay the remainder of 15.00 on arrival.
Artist keep all proceeds from their sales.
Artist will need to bring their own tents 10x10 and tables.
There will be food sold at tge event and live music.
This is a Benefit Fair . The proceeds go towards free workshops for youth in the communities. They host free workshops at the MLK and also welcome any artist who would be interested in volunteering to host a work shop.

The Midtown Arts Council, part of Midtown Vineyard Community Church, presents its annual Art Fair, to benefit their Transforming HeArts initiative. Their goal is to further equip underserved youth in the community to express their artistic talents through a series of free art workshops, bringing transformation and unity.

  • Fully complete and return this application no later than SEPTEMBER 4 via email to: vineyardartgroup@gmail.com, or by mail: MVCC, 4550 Central Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46205.
  • If submitting by mail, please include 3 photos or a disk of your work.
  • Include 3 jpg images of your work or web link to view work.
  • All artwork must be original and created by the attending artist.
  • Exhibit spaces will be awarded based on order received and quality of work.
  • Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’
  • Artists supply all of their own tables, chairs, tent, etc.
  • There is no rain contingency plan—event is outdoors.
  • If accepted, confirm your spot by mailing a $25 exhibit fee by SEPTEMBER 17, check or money order, payable to: MVCC, 4550 Central Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46205. Add “art fair” in memo line.

AGREEMENT

Applicant shall indemnify and save harmless the Art Fair, its agents and employees and assigns from and against all losses, costs, damages, expense and liability caused by an accident or other occurrence in bodily injury, including death, sickness and disease to any persons, or damage or destruction to property, real or personal, arising directly or indirectly from operations, products or services rendered under this contract. I, the undersigned, agree to abide by all Rules and Regulations set forth in this Art Fair application. By signing below, I hereby certify that these images represent my original work and that the work is unique and made by me. The work shown in the jpg images must be an accurate representation of the work sold in the Art Fair. I agree to consider this application a commitment and realize that no refunds will be made for cancellations.
