Lawrence Players will be putting on their world premiere of The Old Man and the Sea based on the novel written by Ernest Hemingway.
Arts for Lawrence is thrilled to announce our first signature theater production at the Theater at the Fort. Director Luis Oliva has created a moving and unique performance based on the 1951 classic novel by Ernest Hemingway in honor of the 100th anniversary of Hemingway’s writing carer that started at the Kansas City Star in 1917.
