Fusion Belly Dance with WyldFyre

Those move easiest who have learned to dance….Looking for a fun way to stay or get in shape? Is it time to shimmy off those extra holiday pounds or do you just need a new workout that will keep you motivated? Energize your body to the core with an intense Fusion belly dance technique class and stick around after to apply what you learned with a rhythmic and fluid choreography by Molly Wyldfyre! You will groove to the unique vibrations of an edit of the theme song of the hit show Vikings as Molly Wyldfyre guides you through the techniques to help your body flow, build strength and flexibility.

Each and every Tuesday evening will center around a group of drills in technique class which will be integrated into the choreography in the second class. For this reason students are required to take technique class in order to attend choreography class that same night. Each choreo class will center around 16-32 counts which can be used in the choreography or as a combo for you to fuse with other dances.

Drop-ins are $15 for just Technique and $25 for both
