HERstory: The Court and Education

Jess and Elizabeth are middle-school students stressed over a history project. Who better to motivate them than historical greats like Anne Frank, Joan of Arc, Harriet Tubman, and Eleanor Roosevelt? Join YAT for an educational adventure through time!

Young Actors Theatre’s 4th-8th grade social-issues troupe, the Court, has created something totally new this spring. Middle-school students Jess and Elizabeth are burnt out and stressed at school. Join them as they travel through time and space– and even into their own minds!– to learn what it takes to be a lifelong learner.

All events at the Central Library are free to attend!

Field trip school groups must register with Central Library at least 2 weeks in advance. First-come first-serve. Email info@yatkids.org to learn how to register your school group for the April 12th or 13th performances!

Saturday public performance is free for all ages. Please register online here to reserve your seat. Tickets available at the door. Groups welcome!

April 14th performance is open to the public. Free for all ages!

Performance will take place in Clowes Auditorium.
