In this class, we will study examples of micro memoirs, examining the profundity of the use of imagery and syntax in order to create a quick bite of life. There exists a place in the nonfiction world the lives between poetry and personal essay and that is the micro memoir where brevity and a bit of abstraction are appreciated.
