In this workshop, we will explore how poetry prompts can help us get started writing poetry, explore different ways to write poems, return to poetry after a “dry spell”—even help with revision. We will learn how to find and write prompts, how to respond to prompts, and how to use prompts to help us polish poems. Every class, new prompts. So if you’ve taken this class before, it will be entirely different.
