Allison Shaw brings an accessible, alignment-focused class to all body types and levels of yoga experience. Classes will take place in the main art gallery at the Garfield Park Arts Center, with exhibits rotating monthly. In warmer months, classes may move right outside the gallery to incorporate the peaceful natural setting of Garfield Park. Themed classes will offer students the opportunity to practice and learn breath work, strengthening, toning, and gentle poses to connect body, breath, and mind.
