Anne Emison Wishard

A tenth-generation Hoosier, my love of photography began with a desire to record and preserve the hidden and disappearing rural areas of the state. My love of the outdoors is intimately tied to the farm and woodlands that have been in my family since the early days of the 19th century. I learned early on that the soul can be healed by heading into nature.

I have maintained a studio at the historic Stutz Arts and Business Center since 2014 and have taught at both the Indianapolis Art Center and Roberts Camera. My work can be found in both public and private collections.
