Artist Bio Araceli (Ardee) Camara
Born in Mexico City, Ardee was inspired by the folk art her birthplace. As a child she visited the University of Mexico City and other locations with her grandfather to see the paintings of Diego Rivera and many others. Before moving to Indianapolis, Los Angeles was her home for many years and there she found inspiration through the Southern California landscape, light and beauty.
