Chanya Ruby is studying at Herron School of Art and Design. She’s pursuing a degree in painting and minoring in Art History and Design Production. Currently, still experimenting with different media and mediums and trying to find a specific subject that really interests me. Chanya’s main mediums are watercolor, acrylic, and oil. My style is moving towards realism and mixed media works.

Chanya’s work has been featured in the 2017 Undergraduate Exhibition at Herron and in IUPUI Genesis magazine. Two of her works have also been selected to be displayed at the Reflected Lights exhibition art show in 2019. Chanya is the 2018 recipient of Harry R. Esamann Memorial Scholarship for her dedication and hard work that she had shown through her works.
