After completing a Bachelor of Studio Art from Florida State University in April of 2011, I am in the process of beginning my own business as a professional artist. My husband Myron and I relocated to New Palestine in the fall of 2011 due to a change in his work. I work mostly in watercolor and oil amd paint in a representational style. Most of my work thus far includes the human figure and portraits. I also do floral studies and my still life subjects are influenced by vanitas paintings.
Oil – $450 – $900 ($100 fee for each additional person)
Storytelling montage $1200 (See: Baking Cookies)
Watercolor $200 – $650 ($100 fee for each additional person)
Paintings sourced from your heirloom or contemporary photo with fabric patterns (See: Thelma and Martha) range from $750 – $900.
