Growing up I created art for the sheer joy it gave me to place pencil on paper or paint on canvas, choosing to become an art teacher so that I could share my love for the visual arts with others. As my life evolved and I began to face various challenges and obstacles though, art became so much more to me. Art became my outlet, my therapy, my way to turn pain into beauty and to find calm and rest amidst life’s storms.

My work largely focuses on images of trees and flowers painted with bright colors and bold compositions to evoke strong emotions. Some works are of a large scale of up to six feet tall while others are small at only six by six inches.
I also created custom paintings and murals based on clients personal taste using my own personal style and eye for composition.
