I am a photographer who focuses on movement and the human body, primarily dancers. As the photographer for the Indianapolis Ballet, I have found myself gravitating toward dance photography more and more throughout the years.
I like to keep my work simple, focusing on the subject. With dance, it it a collaboration with the dancer. As dance is an art form and expression of one’s self, it’s important to listen and feel what the dancer wants to express and capture it with my interpretation.
