I am a painter with a dual focus: oil on canvas and dyes on silk. My painting is expressionistic in style with the subject matter ranging from landscape to the human figure. I also use silk as a canvas to create works of wearable art or framed art for the wall. I like to allow my intuition to guide me when I paint, expressing the emotions and mood of the moment, through the careful layering of bright bold colors to arrive at a image that evokes emotion in the viewer.
Silk scarves range from $50 to $350, dependent upon the silk used, size of the piece, and time and technique involved.
Drawings and Paintings start at $65 and on up to around $3000, dependent upon media, size of the work, and time and technique involved.
