Event Information

In addition to being a fun community gathering, this event will be a way for Big Car staff to engage with the University Heights and Carson Heights neighborhoods to gain useful feedback that will help shape its Red Line public art project. IndyGo’s Red Line Rapid Transit will run from UIndy north through downtown to Broad Ripple, connecting several neighborhoods, major employers and cultural institutions with frequent, comfortable rapid transit service. Throughout most of the day, buses will arrive every 10 minutes, and the Red Line will operate for 20 hours each day, seven days a week. Construction of stations and other improvements to streets, crosswalks, and sidewalks near the stations begins this summer.

There will be music, games and free art activities in addition to the vendors.

Local art/craft/vintage vendors are encouraged to apply! Visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/DRPSLLH to sign up.
