Art Expo 2017: Calling All Artists!

Join Art Expo 2017: The World Through My Eyes on Thursday, April 20 and Friday, April 21 at the IUPUI Campus Center in Indianapolis! Visitors will have the opportunity to meet the featured artists during our Opening Ceremony from6:30 - 8:00 PM on April 20th, with a full show running on April 21st from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Artists with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) are encouraged to submit artwork (including paintings, drawings, sculpture, mixed media, photography, poetry/spoken word, recorded musical pieces, and digital media, to name a few) to be displayed at the event. Please visit their submission page if you are interested in submitting their work for the Expo!

Classrooms, teams, community groups, and clubs are also invited to submit a special collaborative piece illustrating the world through their eyes!  HANDS will provide a visual schedule, choice board, guidelines, and materials (if requested) to guide individuals through the project. For more details about the community submission, please email handsart@iupui.edu.

The event is FREE and open to the public! If you would like to attend the event to support these talented artists, they ask that you please RSVP prior to the Art Expo.
