Job Title: Outreach and Events Manager

Department/Group: Administrative

Salary Range: $40,000-$43,000 starting

Position Type: Full time, flex schedule

Role and Responsibilities

ArtMix is looking for an energetic, communicative, and detail-oriented leader for their newly created Outreach and Events Manager position. ArtMix is an organization that provides art classes, internships, and programming for individuals with disabilities and makes art accessible for everyone. The Outreach and Event Manager’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Planning and executing all ArtMix events including Arts for All Fest and Winterfest
  • Recruiting and training all ArtMix volunteers
  • Coordinating and facilitating ArtMix attendance at community events and markets
  • Managing and engaging community partnerships including corporate partnerships, partnerships with other non-profit organizations, and more
  • Content creation/marketing for ArtMix outreach and events including social media posts, e-blasts, and other newsletters
  • Manage the ArtMix Board Events and Outreach Committee

Qualifications and Education Requirements

N/A, a passion for disability advocacy and the arts.

Preferred Skills

Engaging, skilled in verbal and written communication, organized, event planning experience preferred, social media experience preferred.

Additional Notes

This position will be able to work remotely and have a flexed workweek schedule when working on weekends.
