Clarksville Little Theatre is pleased to announce the continued auditions for their January production, Children of a Lesser God, directed by Andrew K. McGill.
November 12 & 13 at 7:00pm at the theatre.
At these auditions, they will be casting the three deaf/hard of hearing roles of Sarah, Lydia, and Orin.
Needed are two females, ages 20-25, and one male, age 20-25.
The actors need to be fluent in American Sign Language, and be willing to speak.
The roles of Lydia and Orin speak quite a bit with minimal ASL, while Sarah speaks only a few words, and uses a lot of ASL.
Actors interested in auditioning for these roles should be willing to perform a short monologue in ASL, and be prepared to do cold readings from the script (both in ASL and speaking).
An interpreter will be available.
This is a Community Theatre Production: all actors volunteer their time and talents.
