This bilingual production features a revamped plot that creates the necessity for a bilingual script. The story begins centuries ago, when the royalty of Agrabah spoke one language and the citizens another.
This touching musical adventure will thrill both Spanish and English speaking audiences as characters within the play act as translators throughout the show. The show has a flexible
sized ensemble cast and featured roles for children, teens, and adults. No experience is necessary. English speaking and bilingual performers are both welcome to attend.
Preparation: Performers should be prepared to sing 16-32 bars (about one minute) from a memorized uptempo Disney song. Song choices may include songs from Aladdin. Please be memorized and bring your own sheet music in the correct key. An accompanist will be provided. You may be asked to dance.
WTCT is a proud member of the Encore Association
