Richmond Shakespeare Festival SEASON AUDITIONS UPDATED INFORMATION

Auditions for our 2019 Season will be held in two locations on two different days. Each day we will be seeing people from 10 AM to approximately 6 PM.

SEEKING: Roles in the 2019 Summer Season of Hamlet and The Tempest are available. Prosper(a) has been pre-cast. Equity and Non-Equity. A combination of Equity, Non-Equity and College Age Interns will be used to complete the season – Doubling will occur. Housing and some expense reimbursement for non-Equity. Interns operate under a different volunteer contract. ALL contracts include housing and one meal per day on the Earlham Campus.

PREPARATION: Please prepare two contrasting classical monologues. No more than three minutes total. They can be from any classical play.

LOCATIONS:

RICHMOND, INDIANA audition location - on February 2, 2019 - Earlham College 801 National Rd W Richmond, IN 47374-4021 – Runyan Center.
Turn south onto College Avenue from US 40 (National Road West). Proceed to the second stop sign. Turn right at the G Street entrance to the Earlham College campus. Proceed up the hill and enter the first parking lot to the right and park. To the right of the Center for Visual and Performing Arts is Runyan Center. Enter Runyan Center and proceed through the building past Wilkinson Theatre, the Bookstore, and the Coffee Shop to Comstock Room.

INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA audition location - on February 4th, 2019 - Indy Convergence - 2611 W Michigan St Indianapolis, IN 46222.
