DEADLINE: Friday, July 15

The 9th Annual Autumn Art Fair at the Garfield Park Arts Center seeks new artists to participate in the fair to be held Saturday, November 19 and Sunday, November 20, 2016.  A limited number of spaces are available and will be offered by invitation based on the needs of the fair.  There is no fee to indicate your interest in participating.

Autumn Art Fair (AAF) takes place inside the Garfield Park Arts Center, a historic venue and part of Indy Parks & Recreation.  This is primarily a gift fair and takes place the weekend before Thanksgiving. Average attendance is 700-800 for the weekend. AAF has space for approximately 30 vendors and pays special attention to ensure that no one medium is overrepresented.  At this time, AAF already has a sufficient number of fiber artists.  Only work made by the artist or artist team is allowed.  Pricing of art should be between $1 and $500.  Artists provide all display fixtures, table coverings, and supplemental lighting, and may bring their own tables or rent 6’ tables for $10 each.  If you are invited to participate, the booth fee is $70 (full-sized booth - approx. 100 sq. ft.) or $50 (half-sized booth - approx. 50 sq. ft.).  Booth fee covers both fair days. Artists are expected to be present during all AAF hours.

Requested Information:

             1 booth image in JPEG format

             3-5 product images in JPEG format showing just one artwork per image on a plain background.  If accepted, these images will be used in publicity for the fair.

             1 artist information sheet (should include: website, email, mailing address, a little about yourself and about your particular craft or media.)

Please email all requested information to Diane Werblo, Independent Organizer, at autumnartfair@yahoo.com by Friday, July 15.  Fees will be due upon acceptance of the invitation, payable to Diane Werblo.
