Brick Street Poetry is currently seeking poetry submissions for an anthology centered on Little Eagle Creek and its tributaries. Poets are welcome to submit up to 3 poems, one in each of the following categories: (1) human life and activity around the creek, (2) nonhuman life and activity around and in the creek, and (3) the nature or value of water. All voices and styles of poetry are welcome; our only requirement is that each poem not exceed 40 lines.
We would love it if you would visit the creek for inspiration, but if you can’t visit you can find comments and a video on the Submittable page to water your imagination.
The deadline for submissions is May 31st. Poets should submit their work on Submittable at the following link: https://tiptonpoetryjournal.submittable.com/submit.
A $100 prize will be awarded to the best poem of the anthology. Good luck with your writing!
