The Blaine Jarrett Memorial Scholarship Fund was started by Blaine’s family and friends. The first scholarship awards were made in 2008 when funding reached a sufficient level to allow meaningful annual scholarships to be awarded on an on-going basis. The fund has since been growing steadily thanks to contributions of a variety of donors and various fundraising activities. Donations are continuously being accepted and can be made via the website or can be mailed to BJMSF, 11150 Southeastern Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46259.
