The Garfield Park Arts Center will feature a kinetic art exhibition called Cognition:Art in Motion in coordination with the Spirit and Place festival November 3-25 2017.
All mediums are acceptable but art must either have movable parts activated by motor, wind, hand pressure, or other direct means or it must be descriptive of motion. In addition, it may also have variable elements such as lights or sounds.
There is no cost to submit.
