Flashback: A Look Into The Past
First Friday Opening Reception: June 1 from 6-8 pm

Exhibit Overview
An old song. A familiar smell. A specific color. What triggers a memory for you? Take a trip down memory lane, and explore artwork that evokes a sense of nostalgia. In this exhibition, artists reminisce the past through their artwork. Whether memories from their own history, iconography of decades past, or exploring the longing feelings associated with nostalgia, local artists use artwork as a vignette to tell a story about the past.

Any artists with work that fits the theme of this exhibition is encouraged to apply. Please see requirements and guidelines below. Deadline to submit is by end-of-day on May 18th. Artists will be notified shortly after the deadline. All artwork must be dropped off to GPAC no later than May 29th
