Impressed: A Printmaking Exhibit

Exhibit Overview
What do woodcuts, etching, lithography, and screen printing have in common? They are all various techniques of printmaking. Explore the medium of printmaking and its various techniques through the work of local artists. This exhibit will shine a spotlight on artists working a variety of printmaking techniques utilizing contemporary, traditional, alternative, and experimental print processes, while depicting their own individual styles and themes.
Any artists with work that fits the theme of this exhibition are encouraged to apply. Please see requirements and guidelines below. Deadline to submit is by end-of-day on June 11th. Artists will be notified shortly after the deadline. All artwork must be dropped off to GPAC no later than June 30th. There is no cost to submit.
Please indicate your desire to participate in the show by emailing GPAC@indy.gov by June 11th, 2018, or by mailing a portfolio to The Garfield Park Arts Center. In your email or mailed portfolio, please include your name, address, phone number, email, a short artist statement or bio, and a brief description of your work including: titles for each piece, mediums, and dimensions. Please also include the images of your work you intend to submit for the exhibition, either attached to the email or on a CD, if mailing a portfolio.
