CALL TO ENTRY FORM:
The Irvington Historical Society will hold the third annual Presenting Irvington Artists Show at the Bona Thompson Memorial Center from October 4th-December 19th. Artists with a strong connection to the Irvington area are invited to display and/or sell up to two pieces in this show. The Irvington Historical Society will retain a 30% commission on any sales.
If accepted into the show, the artist will be contacted via email on or before September 13th. Preference will be given to artists currently living or working in Irvington. Residents of Christian Park, Emerson Heights, Community Heights, residents of 46219 area, and anyone that has a strong connection to Irvington will also be considered.
If accepted into the show, the artist must agree to any health and safety procedures set forth by the Irvington Historical Society, including, but not limited to, wearing a mask during drop-off and pick up of art work during the show.
Artists must agree to leave the accepted artwork up for the duration of the show.
All 2-D artwork must be framed and ready to hang with appropriate hardware and hanging wire. NO sawtooth hardware accepted.
All artwork must weigh less than 40lbs.
Only original 2D and 3D artwork will be accepted.
The Irvington Historical Society reserves the right to refuse any artwork, for any reason.
