CALL FOR ARTISTS:

Flora-Monroe Township Public Library Seeks Artwork to Commemorate 100th Anniversary

The Tippecanoe Arts Federation (TAF) announces a call for professional artists to submit their qualifications to be considered for the creation of public art that will serve as a dynamic anchor and threshold for the Flora-Monroe Township Public Library in commemoration of the library's 100th Anniversary.

A commission of $5,000 will be awarded for this work. TAF, in partnership with the Flora-Monroe Township Public Library, invites artists to submit proposals for the creation of a sculpture that will be permanently installed inside the library's cupola.

All installations must be durable, low-maintenance, and suitable in form, material and content for a mixed-ages audience that will include young children. Preference will be given to artists located in or who have ties to Carroll County, Indiana.
