DUE TO THE INCREASED NUMBER OF REGISTRANTS – the 2023 Carmel International Arts Festival (CIAF) application submission is now extended to April 16.
Judging on the applications will take place April 24 – 28.
Artists from around the world gather in the heart of Old Town Carmel’s Arts & Design District at the intersection of Main Street and Rangeline Road for The Carmel International Arts Festival. This is a juried exhibition with prizes totaling $7,000. Annually, 30,000 festival goers enjoy an admission-free opportunity to view and purchase the art and mingle with artists.

The Carmel International Arts Festival’s mission is “Educating the Community Through the Arts”. This mission is carried out through this 2-day festival the last weekend of September. CIAF brings in over 100 artists in 9 different mediums to provide the community with the finest samplings to purchase and take home. Each artist goes through a juried process to ensure their art is unique, not mass produced, and is of the highest quality.
