Request for Qualifications
CRG Legacy Plaza Mural

Project Overview
CRG Residential (CRG) with the assistance of the City of Fishers (City) is seeking an artist, artist team or creative company to install a 600 sqft mural on the side of an existing renovated building located at 8664 E 116th St Fishers, IN 46038. The building is located adjacent to the Legacy Plaza and is part of CRG’s most recent mixed-use development, Nickel Plate Station. The murals should be vibrant in color, interactive, and allow for an “Instagrammable” moment while also helping establish a sense of place. The entire square footage does not need to be covered as the mural can be either full coverage or fade into the bricks depending on the artist’s style.

Budget
The Budget for the project is $20,000.

Timeline / Announcement
The RFQ will be open from June 27 - August 19, 2022.
Announcement of the chosen Artist, Artist Teams, or Creative Companies will be the week of September 5, 2022.
Anticipated install of all the mural between June and August 2023.

Artist Eligibility
- 18 Years of Age and live in the United States
- Have a demonstrated ability to design a visually appealing mural
- Carry personal liability insurance for the duration of the project ($1,000,000 per occurrence)
- Be willing to meet contractual obligations, adhere to the budget, and proposed timeline

Submission
Please submit a resume and cover letter that includes a written concept.  Also include up to ten images of previous work via email with a description list that corresponds with the images to facc@fishers.in.us or via hard copy delivered to Fishers City Hall (1 Municipal Drive Fishers, IN 46038) Attention Ross Hilleary by August 19, 2022 at 4:30 PM.
