Constellation Stage & Screen, Bloomington’s professional theater and film company, is seeking 2023 Summer Interns with a strong interest in Marketing and Audience Development & Services.
Theater Administration Interns support the Marketing Director and Audience Services Manager in audience development, strategic branding initiatives, and marketing projects and campaigns. Interns will get hands-on experience in patron services and marketing, including Constellation’s sophisticated Ticket Sales & Customer Relationship Management software.
Interested students should be able to problem solve, work independently and in collaboration with others, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively in writing and in person
Ability to serve as a mature, courteous representative of the organization to the public
Familiarity and comfort with social media platforms and online data and customer management systems
10-15 hours/week, some evenings and weekends, but schedule can be flexible.
May 15 – Aug 18, 2023 (start and end date flexible)
