Executive Director, Dance Kaleidoscope (Indianapolis) - Indiana's longest-dancing professional contemporary dance company will be marking its 50th season with a new executive director. DK is looking for a creative and thoughtful leader – one who inspires others with their passion – to advance artistic vision that furthers the organization's role as a premier hub for cultural engagement in central Indiana and continues the growth of strong education outreach programs. This leader will work in collaboration with Artistic Director David Hochoy and guest choreographers as they explore the limits of the human body as a means of expression creating rigorous and powerful performances. DK is governed by a 20-member Board of Directors. DK's annual budget is $1.35 mil with an endowment of $5 million. DK has 4 administrative employees, including the Executive Director, who partner with the Artistic Director, his production team, and 13 full-time dancers. Please respond by February 12, 2021.
