2022-2023 Series CALL FOR ARTISTS SUBMISSION:
FLAVA FRESH 19 !
:: Annual Juried, Exhibition Presentation Series Of Contemporary Fine Art ::
This year's run of the Annual Juried, multiple Exhibition Presentation Series of Contemporary Fine Art will be comprised of "Three" scheduled Group Exhibitions which begin with the delivery of the first display of participants work in late June 2022. The Series of consecutive shows will run through mid-January of 2023. The FLAVA FRESH ! Series is currently celebrating its twenty-fourth year as an award-winning platform. All of their Events are FREE & Open to the Public of All Ages!
The exhibitions are Open to Visual Artists who are able to HAND DELIVER and PICK-UP their artworks for each of the Three venues.
The exhibitions will be on view both in-person and posted on social media.
ARTIST'S MAY PRESENT 2 and/or 3-D WORKS: You will need at least 10 PIECES of ARTWORK to participate in this year's Series run of "Three" exhibitions. Exhibition selection will be by Digital file upload as a JPG or JPEG format. If your Submission is chosen, the artist is solely responsible to prepare their artwork in a professional manner for exhibition as required by FLAVA FRESH ! Guidelines. Artwork must be original in concept and execution and created by the submitting artist.
The non-refundable "Artist Participant Fee" for the complete Series of exhibitions and the Receptions is $70.00, which is $5.00 more than the usual fee. This year there will be two artists receptions held during the 2022-2023 season for the 2nd and 3rd exhibition showcases unless COVID-19 Mandates demand otherwise. If your Submission is selected by the Jury, you will be notified by email and given the details to meet with the Curator and/or Artist Coordinator, pay the non-refundable Artist Participant Fee and if you have any questions, to have them answered. You will then have regular Updates sent by email the duration of the Series season.
► IF YOU HAVE NOT PARTICIPATED in the FLAVA FRESH ! annual exhibition presentation Series, they require that you submit your Contact Information including; Phone(s), Email(s), Website(s), a brief Biography and Artist Statement regarding the work that you will be showing. If you do not have a website please send 4 - 6 Low Resolution Jpg Images of your artwork by email the following email address > FLAVAFRESHIndianapolis1@gmail.com . Please put your Name and the words "FLAVA FRESH 19 ! Artist Submission" in the Subject Line. Submit ONLY well taken, sharp/clear and focused, professional quality images with the artwork centered on a solid white, gray or black background.
SUBMIT before the DEADLINE: by MIDNIGHT on FRIDAY, JUNE 17th., 2022. If your work is selected by the adjudicating Committee, you will be notified by email. They will send the timeline and information in regard to your meeting with the Curator and/or the Coordinator to pay the non-refundable "Artist Participant Fee" which should take no more than ten minutes. If you prefer, upon payment you will receive a receipt by email within 48 hours. You will then have regular Updates sent by email.
