Full Circle Nine Gallery is expanding! The artist co-op has added an adjoining space to the existing gallery, and is looking for ten new members to join the 16 already there. The membership fee is $80 a month, but no commission is taken from any artist sales. Artists are asked to help staff the gallery during regular business hours, and will have access to the gallery to host events and meetings throughout the month. Artists are given an opportunity to be one of the monthly featured artists, with the spotlight and listings turned toward them. As the featured artist, they will have additional show space at no additional cost, in addition to their space within the gallery. The new space will open just in time for the March First Friday, March 1st.
Full Circle Nine Gallery is located in the South Studios section of the Circle City Industrial Complex, and enjoys great traffic on First Fridays, and for other events such as the Winter Farmers Market. The artist-cooperative is excitedly looking forward to the recently announced renovation plans to the rest of the south end of the large former factory, including restaurants and great creative neighbors.
