Calling all artists!
This is the first year for an art fair at the Garfield Park Art and Music Festival. On June 29th from 4-9pm, they’ll have an array of visual artists vending works in conjunction with a host of local musicians performing. The goal of this event is to showcase and support the local talent of Indy artists and performers. The event will take place in the outdoor field behind the Garfield Park Arts Center. Each artist will have a designated 10 x 10 foot space in the outdoor field outside the Garfield Park Arts Center to sell their artwork. Painter Josh Haines and GPAC Manager Kavita Mahoney will be selecting artists for the art fair, and applying to be selected is FREE! If accepted, it is only a $30 vendor fee to participate.
The selection process will be from now to May 20th, with all artists notified on May 24th. To apply, please send an artist resume and 4-8 images of your work and handmade wares you plan to display and sell to email@example.com.
