Explore the 5th annual LGBTQ+ exhibition, where Garfield Park Arts Center honors the diversity and splendor in our local queer communities. In the world of music, “dynamics” refers to the level of loudness between notes of a song. Each of us can relate to how loudly or quietly we move through the world. Join in celebrating the multi-faceted lives LGBTQ+ artists live in our Hoosier state.
GPAC continues to incorporate virtual components to exhibitions as they shift to hosting shows in the gallery once again in order to create accessible options for everyone. When you send your submission, please let them know if you would like to opt-in to include your work in the virtual exhibit.
Any artists with work that fits the theme of this exhibition are encouraged to apply. Please see requirements and guidelines here. Artists can submit their artwork and supplemental information to GPAC@Indy.gov. Deadline to submit is by end-of-day on August 15. Artists will be notified shortly after the deadline. Artwork drop off will be August 26-27, 1:00 - 4:00 PM both days. Late artworks will not be accepted.
