Global Fest is seeking approximately 20 vendors of original handmade items (no “buy-sell”) to participate in their artisan area of the festival. Their goal is to have a mixed balance of different types of work and give priority to globally-inspired art work. All applications will be reviewed by the Global Fest Artisan Committee for appropriateness and space availability.
To submit an application:
1. Send payment and completed Global Fest Artisan Booth Application Form to:
CFI School 70, C/O Global Fest Artisan Committee, 510 E. 46th St., Indianapolis IN 46205
2. Email one to three photos representative of your work to artisans.globalfestindy@gmail.com
A submission is not complete until the form, payment, and photos have been received. Accepted
applications will be confirmed in writing. Payments for applications not accepted will be immediately
refunded. One application per type of work and one type of work per booth.
Booth Fee Pricing:
Early Bird Fee (Before June 1, 2018): $40
Regular Fee (June 2 – August 1, 2018): $50

Details: Global Fest will take place at 4550 Central Avenue on September 15, 2018 from 12 – 10 pm. The
artisan area will be open to the public from 12- 7:30pm. Booth size is 10’x10’. Tents and tables are not
provided. You may provide your own tent and/or table(s) as long as all items fit within the 10’x10’ area.
No electricity or WiFi are provided. Hospitality volunteers will be available to provide 15 minute breaks
to artisans, if needed. However, CFI 70, the PTSA, and the Friends of CFI 70 are not liable for any loss or
damage to personal property or artwork, or any injury that may occur while participating in the festival.
The festival continues rain or shine; no refunds. This is a nonsmoking event.
