GLOW is an annual holiday light walk held at Allerton Park & Retreat Center in Monticello, IL. Each year, they light up the gardens and trails with a variety of light installations and illuminated artwork. This year, GLOW is calling for artists who specialize in light sculptures to create a new piece or lease an existing piece to Allerton to be showcased during GLOW. The art piece would need to be installed by the artist no later than November 27th and would remain at Allerton until after January 13th, 2024. The application linked below contains questions that will help the GLOW team gather all necessary information for your piece’s installation as well as a map of location options and examples of previous art installations.
