About the Role
The Grants, Research & Community Investments Coordinator provides support for the Arts Council's grantmaking and grants management operations. This includes annual programs such as the Creative Renewal Arts Fellowship Program, City of Indianapolis Annual Grants Program, Robert D. Beckmann, Jr. Emerging Artist Fellowship Program, DeHaan Artist of Distinction Award, as well as special programs, such as COVID-19 relief grants. We are seeking a colleague who wants to make a positive, productive, and progressive impact on the Arts Council’s mission and the arts and culture economy in Indianapolis. This position reports to the Director of Community Investment.

Bachelor’s degree (prefer degree in arts administration, nonprofit management, data analytics, communications, or related field)
Salary & Benefits
$38,000-$42,000 based on education and experience. As part of its compensation program, the Arts Council also covers 100% of employee health, dental, and vision insurance benefits, healthcare flex spending account (FSA), retirement fund contributions after the first year, paid time off, and a flexible work environment with a hybrid remote/in-office schedule, and more.
