Heartland Film is seeking diverse individuals with an eye for film to be part of the review and selection process for the 2019 Indy Shorts and Heartland International Film Festivals. Screeners, part of their team of volunteers, do not have to be local to Indianapolis; the process is entirely online. The commitment is flexible: students are asked to watch at least 5 shorts per week (January-May), or at least 2 feature films per week (late February-August). Non-students are asked to watch 14 shorts/week or 5 features/week. Those with strong interest but concerned about the commitment can contact Film Programming Coordinator Julia Ricci at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will do their best to accommodate. Perks include fest pass discounts and ticket vouchers. More details and the application can be found HERE.
