Indiana Black Expo 2024 Cultural Arts Pavilion is Looking for Art Speaks Cafe Participants & Performing Artists

Sign-ups are now open for participation in the Indiana Black Expo (IBE) Cultural Arts Pavilion (CAP) 2024  Arts Speak Cafe for the performing arts during IBE's Summer Celebration weekend. Arthentic Arts, Inc. (ARTs) is looking for emerging Black visual artists and performing artists interested in showcasing during this 3-Day weekend. Selected artists will have the opportunity to showcase to IBE patrons and attendants during featured segments as well as during community and adult open mic nights. Please provide all submission materials, images, music tracks, and photo for publication to the Registration Form.

This year's theme is "African Americans and the Arts" spanning the many impacts Black Americans have had on visual arts, music, cultural movements, and more.

18+ (21+ for Adult Segments)
Youth Performers & Artists (w parental/guardian consent )
Availability to participate in the 3-Day Weekend

– Book Talks/Presenter Series (1-3pm)
– Feature Unplugged Series (1hr segment) (3-5pm)
– Community Open Mic (5-7pm)

Saturday, June 29, 2024
– Feature Performer Day Slots (1-3pm)
– Book Talk/Presenter Series (1pm-3pm)
– Feature Unplugged Series (1hr segment) (3-5pm)
– Adult Showcase (5-7pm)
