The Indiana Repertory Theatre (IRT)’s Director of Development is a member of the senior management team of the Theatre and works closely with the Margot Lacy Eccles Artistic Director, the Managing Director, the Board of Directors, and the Director of Marketing and Sales (development efforts must be closely coordinated with the Marketing Department’s sales activities and audience relations). Current duties of departmental staff, volunteer committees, and campaign initiatives include grant writing, corporate sponsorship, individual giving (including major donor initiatives), and special events. The Director of Development will be instrumental in developing and executing all major gifts campaigns as well as the continued success of the annual campaigns and planned giving.
