Indianapolis Children's Choir Seeks Production Manager

The Indianapolis Children's Choir (ICC) seeks candidates with strong communication, organization, and administrative skills for its production manager position. The production manager will be responsible for the operational communications and staffing of all ICC / IYC concerts and events.

Organizational overview:
The Indianapolis Children's Choir serves 5,500 Central Indiana children from pre-school age through high school. The ICC nurtures and inspires student achievement through quality music education and the pursuit of artistic excellence in choral music performance.

Position Qualifications
Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with online communication and calendar solutions. Must be able to communicate effectively with other departments and with constituents. Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and self-direct are musts!

Position Duties
Specific duties for this position include:

• Booking and coordinating concerts (staff performances, perform site visits, arrange concert logistics)
• Administrative duties for annual Butler University Nutcracker performances
• Office operations (Copier maintenance, office supplies, secondary switchboard, general office support)
• Choir activities (Schedule rooms for rehearsals, coordinate retreats)
• Singer uniform distribution
• Choir communications (coordinate weekly newsletter for singers and families, maintain event calendars)
