Indy Arts Fest Seeks Vendors


The event is by invitation only, based on artist applications submitted. To be considered, please complete the application below and ensure that it is received NO LATER THAN APRIL 1, 2021. Invited artists will be notified NO LATER THAN APRIL 15, 20121.

-All work and wares must be original to artist or vendor. Vendors are to display and sell only the art mediums and wares they submitted on their applications.
-Vendors must arrive by 10am, and be set up by 11am. Tents/booths/tables must remain set up until 7pm. Anyone closing before 7pm will not be allowed back to future Indy Arts Fest events.
-A $50 application fee is due upon acceptance.
-Location: 3130 Madison Avenue, Indianapolis, IN behind the Indy Auto Man Service Building.
-Artists must provide their own tent, maximum 10’x10’. Weights required. Stakes are not allowed.
-Artists supply their own tables & chairs. Artists process and track their own sales and keep 100% of the revenue. Artists must be able to accept both cash as well as card payments at their booths.
-Spaces near electric hook-ups are limited (select on app). Artists provide their own
heavy-duty outdoor extension cords (max. 50 feet), and lights.
-Demonstrations and interactive ideas are more than welcome.

Preference will be given to vendors that:
Elevate a participant’s experience of the event
Demonstrate a creative approach to on-site engagements
Emphasize ethical production processes
Experiment with new ways of making
Open up conversations surrounding the arts
Are fairly priced for all income brackets

By submitting this application you are agreeing to release Indy Arts Fest and its affiliates from all liability. It is suggested that you provide your own insurance, but this will not be required.
