Learn Filmmaking in Europe: Summer Media Studio 2019

Studio Nethercott LLC, in collaboration with Indiana Filmmakers Network (IFN), is pleased to announce Learn Filmmaking in Europe: Summer Media Studio 2019.

Begun by the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre and Audiovisual Arts Industry Incubator (AMMI) in 1997, Summer Media Studio (SMS) is a film camp that takes place on the scenic Baltic Sea Coast of Lithuania. The focus of SMS is on experiential learning -- with support from professional staff and tutors, you will join a film crew and make a film. On the last day the films are screened and awards given. You can look forward to a challenging and rewarding experience! This is an opportunity to gain a film credit and be part of an international adventure that will give your career a powerful boost.

Jim Dougherty -- SAG-AFTRA actor and chief instructor at Southeast Actors Academy and Indy Actors Academy -- is the primary tutor at this year’s SMS.
