Midtown Gallery Seeks Art for June 2023 Show Themed: 'Color'

Color is a group show exhibiting artworks made with mostly 1 color (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, or purple). They will be displayed in a rainbow format in the gallery. Artists may submit up to 2 pieces of art for consideration in their application for this show. No artworks over 16x16in please. 

Midtown Gallery does not take a commission, and artists receive 100% of any work that sells. 

Exhibitions dates: June 4th - June 25th

Applications Due: Sunday, May 14th at midnight

Criteria for entries:

• All artwork must be framed or have a clean gallery wrapped edge and wired to hang.
• All artwork must fit the current theme.
• Midtown Gallery does not accept pieces that display: nudity, profanity, sexual innuendo, derogatory terminologies, or racial slurs.
• Only 2D pieces are accepted at this time. 
• All sales made will be directly through the artist, and the artist receives 100% of the sale. 
• There are no fees to apply.
• Drop off:  If accepted, please drop off artwork on Saturday, May 27th between the hours of 1-3. If this time does not work for you, please make other arrangements with Skye Smith at Midtown Gallery (skye.smith@stlukesumc.com)
