The IU Kokomo Art Gallery is calling all federally recognized and enrolled Native American artists and traditional craftspeople for their exhibition of Native American fine art and crafts from Native American artists residing in the United States. Please submit your fine artwork and traditional Native American craftwork.

GALLERY:  The IU Kokomo Art Gallery is in Kokomo on the Indiana University Kokomo's Campus. The gallery displays artwork by students, faculty, alums, and local, regional, and national artists throughout the year.

ELIGIBILITY:  This juried exhibition is open to all U.S.-based Native American artists over 18 who are federally recognized and enrolled tribal members. Any medium is accepted, and work must be original and completed in the last two years. All work must be accurately represented in jpeg images.  Work not meeting these criteria will not be exhibited.

PRESENTATION:  Professional presentation of each piece is required. 2D artwork must be framed and have a secure way to hang the work if it requires hanging. For canvases, the sides and all staples must be covered. Sculptures and craftwork should be fully assembled and structurally sound and include detailed installation instructions, if necessary.

ENTRY:  All entries must be made through CAFE.  All entries will be chosen from the images submitted. Files not to exceed 5MB. For 3D works only, image details can be emailed to gallery2@iuk.edu, so they do not use up your maximum media allotment. The gallery reserves the right to reproduce images accepted into the show for promoting and archiving the exhibition. Questions should be directed to gallery2@iuk.edu subject line "Native American Art and Crafts."

DELIVERY & PICK-UP:  The artist will be responsible for the delivery and pick-up of artwork. The artist may personally drop off and pick up the work during gallery hours or ship work to the gallery. The artist must send any shipped artwork in a sturdy, reusable box with a PREPAID return shipping label inside (please, no packing peanuts).  Any work not picked up 30 days after the show's end will become property of the Indiana University Kokomo Art Gallery.
